Shipment processing time

I strive to get your items to you as quickly as possible. All orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.

Please note that I do not ship on Sundays or public holidays. If I am experiencing a high volume of orders or a personal delay, I will contact you immediately via email to let you know.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

I ship all packages via PostNL. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Netherlands: Usually delivered within 1-2 business days after shipment.

  • Europe: Usually delivered within 3-7 business days depending on the destination.

  • International: Delivery times vary by location.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email. If there is a Track & Trace, this email will contain your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Katvaneck is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
