Refund Policy

I put a lot of care and love into every single product. As a very small, independent business, I truly hope you are happy with your purchase. If something isn't quite right, I would love to find a personal solution together with you.

How it works

I have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Because I value personal contact and want to keep my small business sustainable, I kindly ask you to always contact me first at katmckat.art@gmail.com before sending anything back. This allows us to look at the situation together and see how we can best arrange a return or find another solution that works for both of us.

Eligibility for returns

If we agree that a return is the best option, please keep the following in mind:

  • To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

  • You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Please note: Items sent back to me without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:

  • Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).

Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Shipping costs

Unless we have agreed otherwise (for example, in the case of a defective product), the shipping costs for returning the item are the responsibility of the customer. I recommend using a trackable shipping service, as I cannot guarantee that I will receive your returned item.

European Union 14-day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As stated above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.

Refunds

I will notify you once I’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
